Please note that for Oppo, Vivo, IQOO, and Realme brand mobile phones, if the connection is unsuccessful, you can go to the settings and search for “OTG” to turn on the OTG power supply. Some Android phones may not be able to use their own cameras to shoot audio, in which case you will need to download third-party video shooting apps for that purpose. If you encounter any connection issues, please feel free to contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

If you find that the wireless microphone is not working with your normal camera or device, this may be due to a recent software update. The old method of connecting through OTG is no longer available. In such cases, you can try recording the audio through a different app. We recommend downloading the “Open Camera” app from the Play Store on your mobile phone. Once installed, follow these instructions: 1.) Open the app and go to settings within the app. 2.) Navigate to video settings. 3.) Click on Audio Source and select “External mic” from the options.

Our Grenaro wireless lavalier microphones are designed to provide a long working time and a transmission distance of up to 65FT. Each wireless microphone is equipped with rechargeable batteries that can be used for approximately 8 hours after 1-2 hours of charging. The real-time auto-sync technology ensures a minimal delay of 0.009s in transmission, allowing you to record or take videos at a further distance without power-related issues.

It is also compatible with Android smartphones and tablets with Type-C or USB C ports that support OTG function. Please note that our microphone does not support devices with Micro USB ports.
